Subfloor Preparation

We offer dustless floor preparation using the latest machinery in dust collection, diamond grinding and removal of existing floor coverings and adhesives.

We promote Australian made products and environmentally safe adhesives. We carry out all subfloor preparation and installation in accordance with the Australian Standard AS 1884:2021 Floor coverings - Resilient sheet and tiles - Installation practices and other applicable National Standards, Building Codes and Manufacturers Specifications.

In order to achieve a professional flooring installation, subfloor preparation is paramount. It’s imperative that the subfloor is clean, dry and free from oils and bituminous compounds.

We also acclimatise our floor products within the space prior to the install to reduce post-installation problems.

We apply years of local knowledge and experience when deciding on what choice of adhesive is best suited to the flooring product and location of the install.
